Shipping Rules<\/h3>\n<p>All orders placed in the Zahara Scents online store are delivered throughout the territory of Montenegro in cooperation with the courier service <strong>DM Express<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n    <li><strong>Shipping cost:<\/strong> A fixed shipping fee of <strong>3.50 \u20ac<\/strong> is added to the total amount of your order.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Delivery time:<\/strong> Orders are processed as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is 24 to 48 hours (on business days). For orders placed on weekends or holidays, dispatch is done on the first following business day.<\/li>\n    <li><strong>Pickup:<\/strong> The courier will contact you at the provided phone number before delivery. The payment of the total amount (perfume + shipping) is made exclusively in cash to the DM Express courier upon receiving the package.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>2. Returns and Order Cancellation<\/h3>\n<p>According to the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.<\/p>\n<p>However, due to the nature of our products (perfumes), returns are possible <strong>exclusively on the condition that the perfume has not been used and is in its original, unopened factory cellophane<\/strong>. For health and hygiene reasons, unsealed perfumes cannot be returned. The buyer bears the return shipping costs for unopened goods.<\/p>\n\n<h3>3. Damage Claims<\/h3>\n<p>If you notice that the shipping box is significantly damaged upon receipt, please refuse the package and notify us immediately. If you accepted the package and noticed physical damage to the bottle after opening, contact us within 24 hours at <a href=\"mailto:shop@zaharascents.me\">shop@zaharascents.me<\/a> with attached photos of the damage, so we can send a replacement item as soon as possible.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>1.
