These Terms of Use define the rules and conditions under which purchases are made in our online store. By using the www.zaharascents.me website and making a purchase, we consider that you are fully familiar with these terms and accept them.

2. Product Prices

All prices on the site are expressed in Euros (€) with Value Added Tax (VAT) included. Greens d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but the price valid at the time of order creation will apply to already confirmed orders.

The displayed perfume prices do not include shipping costs, which are added separately during checkout.

3. Payment Method

Zahara Scents currently supports exclusively one, most secure payment method for our customers in Montenegro:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): The total order amount (perfume price + shipping costs) is paid exclusively in cash to the courier upon receiving the package at your address.

4. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract

The purchasing process is simple. After you add the desired perfume to the cart and provide delivery details, an automatic order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. The sales contract is considered concluded the moment our store sends you an e-mail confirmation that your order has been processed and shipped.

5. Copyright Protection

All content on the zaharascents.me website (including perfume description texts, photographs, logo, and design) is the intellectual property of Greens d.o.o. Copying, downloading, or using the content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Dispute Resolution

For any potential disputes that may arise from the use of this site or the purchase of products, both parties will attempt to find an amicable solution. If that is not possible, the competent court is in Podgorica.
